The Anti-social century, the atlantic

Cover illustration created as part of the Inkygoodness Collective Bootcamp, under the guidance of art director Liz Hart from The Atlantic, this cover illustration accompanied Derek Thompson’s article “The Anti-Social Century”. The piece explores themes of social isolation and self-imposed withdrawal in modern society. Jagoda drew inspiration from typically social animals, such as ants and birds, reimagining their communal settings as anti-social scenes. This visual metaphor allows viewers to immediately grasp the article’s essence in a playful and thought-provoking way.
